First we lived in the ADU and the moved to the main house.The next house we buy we don't intend to house hack, unless it is some great deal.If you can house hack here, I would start here before going out of state.

Is that unavoidable in the beginning? 

I've been looking at buying RV Parks, Boat Marines and or Mobilome parks, I've read that SBA and HUD do have loan programs in these areas.My question is who do I contact to help get the ball rolling and pre-qualification. 

I'm curious about the proper legal structure and business types one should use to minimize personal liability as well as remain fairly anonymous to the general public.

BRRRR is the way to go.

The property has an existing mortgage, and the owner has borrowed against the home's equity.

The system was set up to allow those claims to go through, and with the right legal help, insurance companies would often settle to avoid going to court.
