Hey guys, I found an extremely motivated seller who wants to move fast.

I'm currently seeking motivated sellers/buyers/ investors And would like to speak with a local attorney that is wholesale/flipping proficient.

Instead of trying to buy lists from places like listsource and hoping to find a motivated seller, why not just talk to someone who was motivated enough, at one point at least, and make them an offer.

In regard to seller financing, go that route first, but with estates, it can be different in terms of motivations and laws.

But as my son says, in the words of Buzz Lightyear...Now, although I consider myself self-motivated, at times we all need support and encouragement.

Don't be a motivated buyer and go broke on a duplex.  

Seller is supposed to be motivated, but the current tenants aren't allowing anyone access to the property for the lady 3 months.

In the past a unhappily landlord tenant relationship would simply motivate tenants to leave.
