    They are not smarter they are simply of the opinion that they are more entitled. In the past a unhappily landlord tenant relationship would simply motivate tenants to leave. Not anymore, today they expect landlords to bow at their feet

    They learn the rules they can use against landlords on the internet much like we all learn how to combat tenants on here..
