I'm about to turn 30 in March and currently have 7 rentals in Baltimore.  6/7 of my properties are in higher end areas of Baltimore City but the most recent one I purchased is in more of a blue collar area.

Assuming this to be the case, if you were to give a 28-day notice today (March 28, 2016), the earliest termination date would have to be April 30, 2016, as that is the next last day of a rental period that allows for at least 28 days of notice.

@Jamal Okon I don't know your state/local laws, but if this was in Chicago I would definitely get rid of all the tenants; and at this time of the year, I would go in knowing I couldn't do anything with them until March or April.
