I grew up in Marin and moved to Reno, NV to house hack and now have two student rentals here that I have moved out of and rent full time.

Hi everyone, I grew up and lived in Brantford my whole life, before studying in Waterloo, and now living in London (England).

I grew up visiting Idyllwild with my family every year and continued visiting as an adult until I moved out of state.

I grew up in Olde Town Arvada, served in the Army in Explosive Ordnance Disposal.  

I actually grew up in the Thumb of Michigan where we could cross over from Port Huron, MI into Sarnia by simply stating our business and showing an ID.

Thought's on the best  towns/cities/suburbs/neighborhoods around Miami FL (can be within 30 - 45 minute drive) that:- Is Not in flood zone- Can be on its way to gentrification (1-7 years in future)- Has diversity (I grew up in urban/suburban areas of NJ/NYC so like to be around folks from all walks of life)- Near entertainment / night life

I grew up with a construction background and am pretty handy with most things being a professional woodworker so I was planning on getting a fixer upper. 

I actually knew this floor plan well because the house I grew up in was the same floor plan. 

I grew up in Winthrop, MN.My passion for real estate investing, led me to become a licensed agent here in MN.

I just kind of found a niche and grew it.
