I make a very good living here and am not trying to become a real estate investor to get out of debt but am rather coming here with a fairly important amount of cash in the bank that I would like to invest in real estate.I would like to participate in your forum and start building a network because laws and possibilities in the US are very different from what I used to deal with in France and I would like to avoid the most common mistakes right from the start. If I can help with my knowledge of real estate in France or Cuisine tips, it will be my pleasure.

Ray rarely speaks publicly but if you do get the chance to meet him you will be bowled over with his knowledge and interest in helping others.I am an owner of the guide and have spent time with Ray over the last 2-3 years (we both attend the Lenders Workshop where I moderate the evening and he is one of the panel reviewing the deals presented by the attendees).I have no stake in Ray's course or in his business.

It means that the dust is minimized and cleaned up when they're finished.Even if you're never going to do any work yourself (which I don't recommend) you should be knowledgeable of trade terms, procedures and practices.

This has already happened and bankrupted people here in Orlando; I remember reading about it in the paper a few months back.A likely result in this market, with a legitimate company looking out for a win win situation, is that they end up having to hold onto the house for longer than they hope, taking lower amount of money if they do find a buyer, or dipping into cash reserves to keep from losing your shirt.HOWEVER, there's also a much worse possibility: They buy the home with a low price and using your credit, then they find a lender who gives them an equity loan as a line of credit or a straight second mortgage [without your knowledge].
