That would cut you out of the billing process (one less headache), and they both could have a separate account with the electrical company.Then they could run their electric heaters until their place become the temperature of the sun--with no impact on your wallet or time (or thoughts).Good Luck!

Too much headache for me.

To keep the entity completely separated from your personal property you should also have a bank account just for that if not then you run the risk of commingling funds, which can create a headache and almost make the llc worthless should issues occur. 

That sounds like a headache

I am sure it will cause its share of headaches in the coming years, but I feel it's a good starter property and I will learn important lessons while making good money. 

And I also read how much of a headache FHA requirements are and how it can delay your purchase with all the improvements that may require you to perform.
