I have been to one of those as an unpaid guest.

I kept hearing the guest on the podcast say it so I decided to focus on that simple task.

The manner in which they disclosed their patient status may be a really strong indicator, in regards to what kind of risk they are and what their intentions are.

A few early BP podcast guests have said they get really good response by them.  

I do think there are times when these REIAs like the Baltimore REIA and MAREIA have events that have content worth checking out but I would not become a member.. usually you can pay at the door as a guest, then write if off your expenses, lol.  

I won't mention any names, but one guru is sending out emails regularly about private money gold mine, where it tells you about someone local who wants to lend at x% (sometimes 5 or 6%, or 10%) and how many dollars they want to lend.
