I worked to land the major certifications and in the process to improve my craft, all with the end goal of using these skills to be an effective real estate investor.Fast forward to this February, I became fed up with putting real estate on the back burner as I felt like I had accomplished everything that I wanted to in my professional career and it was time to put the full effort into my true passion, real estate investing.

Any member has experience of rental agent designation/certification in Princeton, NJ area?

Here's some known ones:  25th is also Rosenberg,  Ave N is also Ursuline,  29th is also Martin Luther King and "The Seawall" is also FM 3005, San Luis Pass Blvd or Seawall Blvd. and there are dozens of others.

Jarred, Go to this site and click on Find a Certificate...type in address and it will tell you if the roof was engineered, or not.

There is no certification for companies nor products.

Although I’ve heard that with a CAM(don’t really know what it is) certification I could managed residential properties, but I’m unsure. 

There are also gc mgmt classes, masonry, and construction document reading classes and certificates.

I am now enjoying a great post-military career in the aviation industry which was afforded by the actions I took while in the military (job selection, certifications, education, etc.).
