It will be a multifamily and if its a duplex once I move out it should rent for at least 100+ a unit- I would recommend analyzing deals daily and learning the area you are looking to invest in-

Assuming, as I do, that a large apartment complex will need a management staff, once things are "up and running" you shouldn't need to be there on a daily basis.
