The lawyers that specialize in that kind of stuff are too busy making big money elsewhere, he wasn't quite rich enough, but when the "easy and big dollars" are made, he could very well be next on their list... and he knows it too...

Does anyone know what forms I need or how to start this process without using a lawyer?

Check with a lawyer, but if they are not purchasing an extra ticket to win the raffle, it is just a random giveaway, not a raffle.

Since the prospective tenants can sue, and there are plenty of lawyers waiting to take the cases, this should be fun for the Landlords right?

Our PM has a process in place (including a lawyer), and we're working through the process.

@Denise Evans the tax auction was in July on the 5th I don't even have the tax certificate yet and she has contacted a lawyer and is very upset that I have been cutting the grass and that one day when I showed up it look like somebody tried to take apart the lock because the front door and back door were both wide open so I tried to lock them back and the front door wouldn't lock so I replaced just the deadbolt on the front door the lock that was messed up

I have a real state lawyer who created the rental lease for me, and gave every copy of all the legal documents I needed to have with my lease.
