But I have seen a lot of arguments for "high paying activities" IE. pay a Realtor to sell the houses while you go look for more deals because the deals make the real money.

I believe that the forums are built on a custom software coded in Ruby. 

They are generally in a balancing act between pleasing customers and not having days off before their next job.

Their contract with the state has another two or maybe three years before it is taken over by another company so that is my transition point to full time farmer and REI since they are the last customer of my old company's software in the US and I would have to start traveling again if I stayed corporate.
