What app or electronic collection methods have you found efficient?

I am working on building a app that provides real time data for this specific use case plus additional use cases but its probably a couple months away from being ready for people to start beta testing.

You can get the neighbor app which is a self-storage app where people pay you to store their things. 

There are a couple companies that use an app based system.

You can download the app on your phone and it will act like an actual number. 

Is there any kind of software or apps that we can use that the calls can be directed to either of us using the same phone number?

Download a call recording app and then turn him in to the local authorities and whoever else (IRS?)

The apps you describe are just a pretty interface sitting on top of a database that help organize information.
