The price and they are building a 50 million dollar casino at the edge of town How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I’m a first time real estate investor looking to invest in the Las Vegas Downtown area focusing more on 10 - 16 unit complexes.

., its almost certain that it was produced by one of a very few marketing companies located in either Las Vegas, Nevada or Provo, Utah.  

I met a guy here in Wichita Tyler Nepote I believe may be a member of this group - was thinking by his FB posts he was at the Vegas event.  

Most of mine were in low income areas, however I did have 1 in Vegas a couple years ago that paid $1300 (which was the market rent) plus $150 for utilities, and it was in a fairly decent area. 

I'm biased since I'm an agent here in Las Vegas but it is possible to buy or sell without one, there's just tons of documents that need to be signed.

For example: could a home in the north-eastern corner of the Las Vegas addition pull comps from the north-western corner of Gatewood (assuming the homes are identical in terms of interior/rehab quality)?  

hey everyone  my names Quinton G out of Las Vegas, NV im new to wholesaling and I had a few questions which I hoped youd all could help me be able to answer and help me with I have some people who want to sell and work with me but I have them on hold till I can get these questions answered so please anyone and everyone id love some help.1. when wholesaling a home I first put it under contract to look like im buying the home, then find a buyer within 30 days and assign the buyer my contract for profit. now does the seller know im doing this or do I hide what im doing?
