One other thing I noticed in the photo was that there did not seem to be a "Philadelphia style" sidewalk sewer vent, and that the water seemed to possibly originate from the water shut-off box.

In fact, people who lost money in single family properties realized that multi-unit properties are bulletproof during the market corrections and everyone with half a brain started purchasing multi-unit properties and the prices for multi-unit properties increased during every market correction and are still increasing today like they are going out of style and I can't believe what is happening, today.In March this year, I paid the highest price I ever paid for multi-unit properties at $291,000 per unit and I thought that was the highest price I would ever see in my area.
