All that I have to do is either type my name or the business name into a search engine, and on the first page of the search I have a hit with the LLC and my name on it.

And then we had an acceleration of payments compliments of the Dodd/Frank Bill.

In the meantime I decided I would start trying to wholesale some deals to get my capital back up.

How about liening the property?

Hi Everybody I am new to real estate investing and after listening to the podcast I am definitely happy to be joining the forum and eager to learn and take action.

Hard to let go of the low interest rate. 

The point is to profit by finding a great deal on a property, then passing the deal on to another investor willing to pay more.

I have found the sweet spot to be $150K-200K.
