Plan to refi, rinse, redoSo, my real reason for post, what book and/or weekend course best impacted any seasoned and successful investors on here that they would recommend?

No kids, pets, not a whole lot of damage to manage, mostly people looking for a quiet weekend getaway.

This past weekend I took part I  a three day workshop put on by Performance Education-Success In Real Estate.

I.am attending a Real estate investor summer camp this weekend.

@Rick Pozos thanks for the posts and I spent time this weekend going over my numbers from the last deal and saw that the price for the loan was too expensive plus the additional rehab put us in the position to not make anything on this flip.  

There is a local meetup in west allis the first weekend in August that would be beneficial for anyone looking to network, you should consider coming!

Oh, and it also has about $600k in TDR credits and an extraordinary waterfront home, the only one on the lake, that's actually a top/bottom duplex with a daylight basement that will easily AirBnB for $1,000/weekend.
