I was then directed to a website that doesn't work or wont return any results even when i input the data correctly.

In some states it is acceptable to mail it to there last known address.

I met @Lee Huffman on here a few years ago and he runs a travel hacking website called baldthoughts.com (I have no affiliation)I learned a ton from him and I haven't paid for travel in about 3 years now.

I have spent a fair amount of time on the BP website reading everything I can get my hands on, including the Ultimate Beginners Guide, which I found to be a great place to start for a newbie.

New builds seem to take the longest.So the question for him is what is acceptable?
