A huge way I have found some good buyers, connections and even some private lenders is via a web site called "my house deals . com" They have a paid section but I have sat down before and sent emails to all of their cash buyers and had a good response and they have phone numbers too so you can always start to call and connect.

There are plenty of other places in the web for that.

I pay 10% of the booking fee to them and they do it all. advertising in all the major rental web, collecting fees, dealing with the clients and so on. its works great.
