Make sure to do proper due diligence on the syndicator and acquire testimonials from current/prior investors.The strategy - Does the overall real estate strategy make sense? 

Also, I'd advise you to check multiple companies prior to selecting one to go with.

I am looking at making an offer on my first property right now and it was built prior to 1980, so by your calculation on a 2700 sq ft home the repair costs would be $202k... which is only $100k less than the ARV. 

The place is booked with the prior agency through the end of Oct., and then I break free and my journey with Evolve will begin. 

Did you get an inspection prior to purchase? 

They want to talk to me about refi cash out or an equity loan which I don’t want at this time.I tried the lender that I have my home loan with, but I have to wait several more months prior to applying for a HELOC because I just refinanced in January and they only offer 80%.I’ll keep looking.

I was a funder of the BRRR this is not a new thing.. we did a few thousands of them prior to 08.. but the difference was it was a turnkey BRRR and you had me as the senior lender making sure the rehabs got done.. etc.. when you try to do it yourself your taking on risk with your own capital..
