Home owners insurance in TN

Here we go... this is actually my second investment property.  My last was in a nearby town in Maine.  Now I am investing in Tennessee.  Not planning to live there for a while.  I do have to get homeowners insurance (and I am sure another insurance for rental).  Does anyone have a recommendation for insurance agencies with great rates and service in the Chattanooga area?  All my other policies are with Allstate- but since they are in Maine, that does not seem to help me.

If you want someone local, talk to my guy @Jack Smith. He's a stand-up guy and the agency he works for is run the same way!
