I think in MN it's 30 days you have to store property I'd double check ,, after 30 days you call the towing company and they come out and get it the bill for towing goes against the license plate holder of the RV,, no fees to you.. if the tenant doesn't claim from the towing company the towing company auctions it off..

If you don't have sufficient deposit from tenant presumably you can file a lawsuit in small claims court or superior court (with attorney).Holes in the wall can get fixed in a weekend.

My eviction attorney told me yesterday that BoA foreclosures can be tricky as the homeowner can claim the foreclosure was not done properly, thus tying it up in court for a while.Has anyone had experience with this?
