Yes, if the management will not even step foot in the unit I would see if you could get coworker(s) or nearby friends that are willing do travel to be a witness to the condition.

I haven't used them to receive payments thru them in the past so I'm not sure how that would work.One day I hope to travel and running to the post office to pick up checks would not fit into that goal.

I let her move in a day early because she was traveling on July 1, free from rent for the 1 extra day.Yesterday, she tells me her father was diagnosed with cancer and is requesting to terminate the lease early and receive the remaining 4 weeks back of rent (she prepaid Two weeks of August).Under the terms of the lease, she isn't entitled to a refund of any of the remaining rent for her room (the requirement is 30 days notice and $450 penalty for early termination would offset any rental refund).

Cash deals and quick closes can save quite a bit on the purchase price for some buyers.Cons-It may not be the best way to finance a rental property permanently given a probably higher interest rate and higher payment.HELOCs can work with various strategies so it really depends on the road  you are planning on traveling.
