After travelling all over the country, I've decided to settle down in the Pacific Northwest.

We could rent the other side for around $900 and live pretty cheaply for a couple years.That also leaves us upwards of 40 grand to invest, hold, upgrade....travel? 

My wife recently got a job around the Travelers Rest area so we are looking for a place around downtown Greenville.

I guess thats a benefit of me doing the landscaping, I travel around many communities and get to network with other investors, learn crucial info on off market properties, and I get to cross market my real estate business to my existing landscaping clients.

Whether they are leaving a voicemail or talking to an answering service, you will need to be analyzing every deal, following up with them and traveling to visit a handful of properties at least.  

Are you willing to travel to other countries?  

Was hoping for a Packers Patriots Super Bowl as those are the fans that travel but should be fine w Seattle New England.

Hi Ryan,I don't rent mobile homes in a park, however, I do rent travel trailers in a mobile home park with an RV section.

@Elizabeth Colegrove it sounds like you are doing what I plan on doing, I love that the Navy allows you to travel all over the place and see different real estate areas.
