When investing OOS do you travel to the property or find reliable boots on the ground?

I do plan on travelling to property location within the week to do a meet and greet and ultimately place eyes on the property.

I can't find legislation on that.Now: I wanted to hire someone, but it's not easy to find someone willing to travel every time it snows, only to do 10 minutes of shoveling.My tenants are elderly and unwilling to do it, besides I heard exchanging tenant's service for cheaper rent is a disaster waiting to happen.What are my options?
