I'm Eron....

I've spent the last three years as a professional long haul trucker. After travelling all

over the country, I've decided to settle down in the Pacific Northwest. I've managed to

reduce my expenses, eliminate my debt, build cash reserves, a slush fund, and a down

payment. Now that I have a solid foundation to work from, I want to build a team of

professional, like-minded people as I implement the second phase of my plan and begin the

transition from active to passive income. Using cash or very low amounts of leverage, I

want to rehab and rent properties. I just set up an LLC to get the general contractors

licence required to do rehab work in WA, established a relationship with a local portfolio

lender, started working with SBA and SCORE to polish off my business plan, and now I'm

looking to reach out to BiggerPockets members. 

My girlfriend and I are out here running up and down the West Coast, and we would love to meet some people and hear what they have to say about their area. We just got out here, so before we buy a piece of property, we want to get a better grasp on where we want to live. We travel ninety-nine percent of the time, but we can get anywhere in the country with enough advanced notice. We would especially like to hear from anyone involved in homesteading, permaculture, passive solar, green construction, and renewable energy.
