Hi everyone!

My name is Travis Blaize, I am active duty in the Navy and live in Virginia Beach, VA. I have been in the Navy for 4 years now and I am 26. I have always had a passion for real estate whether it be investing, flipping, or any other aspect of it. I am two weeks away from closing on my first property and I am excited to start investing. I purchased a 3br/2 1/2ba, 1453 sq.ft. Remodeled house on a golf course for 179k. I plan to rent out one of the rooms so I can start saving for another property in a few years. My aim is to purchase properties with rental potential and hold on the houses. I am here to learn as much as I can from those who have been doing this for a while and I am looking to soak up as much information as a can. It is nice to meet you all and i look forward to getting to know you!
