My thoughts on the JT right now is this…The air bnb boom started when the pandemic had travel restrictions at its peak.

I think it's debatable, but for people who travel a lot for work and/or have a high paying W2 they may deem it more worth it than someone bootstrapping.

I would think in your area that you could rent out to traveling nurses pretty steadily or one of you would have a friend or 2 that you wouldn't mind renting rooms to and living with for a year or 2.

I am clearly ranting now, but meanwhile the foreclosed upon occupants are traveling around the world which I have been sadly following through my frequent check ins via FB.

Definitely feasible and with money still cheap to borrow I can't imagine any better time for qualifying for financing.Message me and I can recommend a great realtor.Best of luck.
