The license is good to have, however if you are looking to scale your business, perhaps it could be a good thing to have a great realtor on your team.

@Aaron GouldAre you looking for strictly a tenant screening service, or a software that incorporates more than just screening (marketing, rent payments, etc.)?

I know that the team has multiple first-hand experience testimonials that they are willing to give you when you call as I spoke with a few investors before I did my initial investment.

Also, if you clear that part, they have a team of "underwriters" who will analyze your project to make sure it is feasible.
