Do you have any free suggestions?

We had an attorney (at their suggestion) set up a property management agreement between our LLC and the properties in our personal names.

I own a rental property, and have room to add a triplex behind, i do have the funds to do it , I also own another rental and its paid off and a good equaty on my own house should i buy multy family units or build. the triplex and than move on to the next one. the only issue is hard to get loans because im not working.please any suggestions will be appreciated.

As you know Phoenix is very diverse so buyers will be diverse.I still think you need to figure out what type of investor you want to be, then the forum will be able to provide suggestions on which parts of town you want to focus on.

@Damon Yates I would suggest looking for local REIA meetings or local meetups via BiggerPockets. 

My suggestion would be to find a way you can add value to the investor so that is it worth their while to help coach you.

Outside of finding a wholesaler/wholesale deal, what would you suggest?
