Shotgun style house in an up and coming part of town. 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom and a cellar.

Also, the same book mentioned using sites www.census.gov and www.bls.gov to look for population trends. 

I have downloaded all the forms for the State of AZ from Bigger Pockets, but there is not an option for College (shared house, individual room style) Lease Form.If you have used something in the past that has worked can you point me in the right direction please.
