With something like this, I think it is absolutely crucial to make sure you know EVERYTHING going in.If you need some assistance finding a Title guy, I have a great rep that I'm sure would be able to help you with whatever you need.  

I always recommend starting out as a licensed assistant to a top producer, but I don't think that'll work for you since you already have another daytime job.One thing you'll hear about in this business is you get to control your time!
