My question is should I meet with a company/lawyer before I have a deal so that I can learn a bit about the process and already have a company I'm connected with so when I do find my first deal I can just go straight to them or should I just wait till I have a deal or potential deal and then seek a title company.

So this is what I am doing, I told the realtor to go ahead and offer the property to any investor for 89k and if I do not get an offer, I would then repair it my self and I could try selling it ASAP and get some good cash, but if I do not get a buyer in time I would rent the property.
