Certainly your cash on cash return is better due to the financing that is available.And of course you can jump up to the $90-100k (after fixup) homes that might rent for $1,250.

I will add to what Jon Holdman says but that you can greatly increase your cash-on-cash returns with leverage. of course, that increases the risk.

Insurance doesn't seem to be as standard as you would think it should be.From my experience things do seem to vary a bit based on property type, property status, region and of course the carrier.First does the property need any major renovations?
