Im new to Bigger Pockets, seasoned rental investor(managing and owning for 20+ years) and have a buy and hold mentality.

Usually to buy two houses, moving out of one while renting it out to move into the new one, one must have sufficient capital and income to support the debt that has yet to season as a rental AND have a down payment.

I really love it here actually... except for the fact that it's the worst city in the USA to live if you have seasonal allergies. 

I hate plowing season!

We have a Short Sale and the bank has seasoning requirements.  

If the heating source isn't Used year around, it's common for a smoke smell to linger at first usage of the winter season.

Need help in analyzing a seasonal resort/rental property I am looking to buy with my partner in Minnesota. 

This went in for years until finally the system went down twice in a single season however with the new units(actually replaced both coils but charged me over a grand for freon again.

These are hard to discover in dry seasons, but always make sure you understand what's going on if you see a sump pump in the basement.We love big scary problems because we understand better than a retail buyer how to solve them and can often lead to bigger discounts than the cost to correct them.  

Are there any seasoning requirements before you resell a tax deed?
