Do you measure the linear feet of trim, and sq. ft. of ceiling and doors?  

Define your goals using the SMART goal approach (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely).

The site owners have something to sell and measure content by quantity of clicks and posts.

HENCE BUYING THIS STUFF YOURSELF IS A GREAT PROTECTIVE MEASURE IN CASE THIS HAPPENS,

It was my understanding this was primarily a protective measure that title companies also require to make sure there are no encroachments.

Today, they were measuring for their furniture and apparently are buying a different stove to use (we will put the current one in the garage which we aren't including).The reason I would be increasing the rent if the other people move in is due to market value, which doesn't seem to be discriminatory.

Were we off on measurements?

The only thing I'll add is a single project return or profit is not the right measure.
