Columbus has a great mix of appreciation and cashflow surprisingly taxes aren't low. check this out, but rent, appreciation, price per sq ft, general price, etc are over rides compared to this. anyone looking at just taxes is silly. ohio is one of the cheapest places on average in the whole nation. not by taxes though. source: https://www.rocketmortgage.com/learn/property-taxes-by-state
