It often amuses me when I get a quote from a guy that has a small crew and he spends the entire day riding around in a new 70k truck and he talks about covering overhead.

The market is holding up pretty well and you could ride this wave for a while and build up some capital.

Augusta wasn’t an exhilarating ride up, but it was a forgiving fall down.

We recently got charged by our HOA for roof repair from hail damage and it was $14,416.

Three days later there was a hail storm that caused a great deal of damage to the community and I hadn’t updated my policy.

We could open an insurance claim for a recent hail storm but the deductible is $25k. 

That being said I think some of those people will decide they’d rather invest closer to home after doing their due diligence and realizing they can make attractive returns only a 20 minute train ride away in JC.

I hired a roofing contractor to take a look and he said the whole thing needs to be replaced in 3-4 years due to hail and wind damage and not the best install job either.
