Sounds overall like you take a variety of approaches you have at your disposal to solve problems for folks and create win-win situations for all involved.

I have about 30 of them and let the guests take them if they want.Beach towels, plenty of spices in the kitchen, spaghetti & sauce for a quick meal for late arrivals, flour, sugar, oils, etc etc.Plenty of coffee pods in a nice variety.

Pre-fab homes of the modern variety are extremely hearty, built to last - they are fairly new, but what I've seen in the Tahoe area is they appreciate at the same rate of stick builds. 

Their credit is shot for a variety of reasons.
