Is there someone that could create everything for me at a more reasonable price?

Not even so much as you getting sued or losing your license, one of the reasons you get the portion of your commission is the work you do in bringing listings to the home office, along with showing properties, walking buyers/sellers through the process, etc. 

They are right, you can't block the stairs for code reasons. 

The high rents in Baltimore are not economically reasonable.

For some reason, the utility bill doubled from last year to this year and I'm not sure why.

Haven't seen many affordable multi-families in the Bronx, although I've heard $600k is a reasonable price for a duplex.

@Curtis Walker It's very unlikely the PM will give you the owners contact info for exactly the reason you mentioned, but you don't have anything to lose so you may as well ask!

There's no reason for you to be involved in all of that anyway.
