But, it is possible to go to a portfolio lender, usually a smaller bank with 20% down and get a mortgage if you have some related management experience, or financial management job, like an insurance agent, F&I guy at a dealership, general manager in business where you can show dealing with the public and collection efforts that relate to landlord activities.

President of public corporations.. high wage earner golden parachute at 50 etc. he had interest in 20 different companies and leverage all over the place.. everything we did we hung debt on ...both buys worth a bundle both with polar opposite personal choices regarding debt.

Hey guys...So I went hanging out with a Realtor to show me this house (I'll ask questions about that one later) but then she showed me a 2BD/2BA condo that was near public transportation and needs really only cosmetic work to be a really good rental ($700 or more per month) according to the calculator on here.
