The way he has proposed bypasses escrow, title insurance, disclosures, etc, he just wants to pay me and I sign off on the title change.

And you know what is interesting about those Black Hills hotel prices is that the hotel groups in Rapid City are pushing legislation in Pierre to increase the "Business Improvement District" tax so that the city can build more parks.

It takes larger DBs as we have very restrictive investment criteria but still doable.It is particularly difficult in Ontario with our extremely pro tenant legislation. 

Basically, the legislation use to say a "mortgage loan" (for purpose of needing license) was if you were lending on a residential property that was going to be used as a dwelling of the borrower.

As one who is not a fan of over regulation, this legislation seems reasonableAnyone here on BP have an argument against it ?
