I'm trying to post a listing in the RE Listings section, and it keeps erasing my values for price, rent, projected rent and preventing my listing from going through.

And, aside from the properties that I purchased, they probably prevented me from purchasing a few bad ones too.

Many of the deals I put together were owned outright by investor clients which prevented me from managing the property for them.

This will also prevent people from being slobs and leaving personal items in the shared common areas. 

It's a nuisance but usually petty in the scheme of things--curse words spray painted on walls, toilets clogged up with toilet paper, holes punched in walls, carpets purposely stained with Kool-Aid, etc...Some (very few--but it happens) will have to be carried out by 911 first responders--either dead from natural causes or from self inflicted reasons (goodbye cruel world kind of stuff).
