I learn and network on line as well here at BP, but I use BP to learn big picture skills.  

You'll get a number of agents in the list, then at the bottom it lists "home owner" with a phone number, there's no picture for them so it is easy to skip over.

Laminate is just cardboard with a picture of wood on it. 

Ooohh Oooh I know I know. me me( can you just picture hermione raising her hand when the snapes asked that question?)

When it comes down to it though, taxes are just part of the picture, and shouldn't really be all you look at.

I've advised my mother to get pictures of the property to show the court the damage the "tenants" have caused -- they have about 5 animals on the property in addition to encouraging stray animals by feeding them on the property -- in hopes they'll be sympathetic.

Many try to use the investor carve outs to lend, the problem is they aren't looking at the bigger picture of the business activity.

Or, if you have a rental with rough tenants... maybe paint would protect them better than stain.So.... put up a picture of your cabinets, and you'll get a more accurate opinion.
