Go to the Premises, knock on the door/ring the doorbell and wait.a) If all adult occupants are home/available, place a copy into the palm of each adult occupant’s hands, and leave one additional copy forany other occupants, ORb) If a person of suitable age and discretion is home/available, place enough copies for every adult occupant in their hand AND mail to eachof the adult occupants, plus one more copy to “All Other Occupants”.

For now, leaving the Agent relationship on the side, when a person is working with a wholesaler, that wholesaler is already taking their cut off the contract amount that the seller agreed to.

unfortunately, with both rates and prices high, it is very, very difficult to cash flow, even in a low cost market.i understand that not everyone's personal / family situation permits them to house hack, but there's no better way to get started.

(Prior to graduating college and getting a full time job, I was an incredibly social person, so this was a huge change of mindset to sacrifice the way I did).And on the other end, my brother decided to start his own business while I was working and did not work hard as he spent money like crazy and eventually went bankrupt (filed 1 year ago) .
