Good thing i have a passion for books, so my question, What are the best books that have helped you overcome  financial crisis?

I kept letting my work interfere with my passion and I'm ready to stop making excuses.I have just moved to Nashville and would love the opportunity to get connected with any groups, members, or activities in or around the area to help me stay motivated and keep me focused on my passion.

It Is my dream and passion to become a real estate investor and hopefully own my own brokerage some day!

In a case like that, I'd say they weren't on board with the movement to start with.However, I have a PASSION for real estate and a burning desire to build an empire of properties and I would still plow my money into real estate even if other alternatives offered better returns in the near term. 

I'm currently in Bethesda and Montgomery County, but sailing is my passion and I want to get back to the water.There's a group from BP that meets up in Millersville (Anne Arundel Investors), and they are full of people who can help you out.  

Buy and hold investing is what I think is going to be my passion, but I am open to other things as well.

REI has always been my second passion and luckily I can now devote all my time to it.
