Yes. all of the landlords know. we rent from 4 different landlords.I furnished the first 9 apartments & the furniture is fully paid off.

So from what I've read online it appears in order to count rental income towards DTI for VA loan you need 2 yrs experience.

Nothing paid until at the closing table.

So essentially in about 8.5 years I’d have both units totally paid off and in the clear.

I there long time never paid rent late, never called the landlord, and kept the place up.

Then after, the contract is signed and the first quarter of the draw is paid and cleared, you receive a peace order 5 days later in the mail. 

I just started a new career as a truck driver and I'm having a hard time getting a loan the leneed told me my income in considered commission income because of the way truckers get paid which is by the mile more miles you run more you get paid.

Are all utilities paid by tenant?

I'd steer toward some of the bigger projects here in Austin like apartment syndications and/or new development deals that are coming online.

A 160k house that rents for $2100 seems to be a bit high, but again, I cannot confirm the address online.
