Just remember that you can go into multiple properties however it can be a logistical nightmare sometimes on the 1031.Unless you can put all the properties in a package loan you will be dealing with multiple sets of closing costs, loan fees, possibly different legal for each one, different loans with ltv values and underwriting, net worth, and liquidity requirements, etc.

The info is the same as online, but what was very valuable to me was having multiple brokers come throughout the course and discuss their firms ( they also brought food!).

I am creating a standard package to submit to the HML that includes a brief statement about our company, info on the property, comps, and an expense report.

James, you may find it a little difficult to convince people you are mature enough to invest, but pull together an impressive investment package, be professional, be open to (and learn) from constructive criticism.Remember, Richard Branson started his career at 16.
