What info do I submit to a HML once I have a deal?
I am new to real estate investing and will be using a hard money lender. I am creating a standard package to submit to the HML that includes a brief statement about our company, info on the property, comps, and an expense report. Do I need a sheet that indicates how I derived at the offer price? Is there anything else I need to submit?
