And even with the decrease in market share now to 15% from as high as 50%, CMBS is still an an option and has not disappeared completely because of the lack of financing sources that offer a 10 year loan term, fixed rate, 30 year amort, non recourse (which is huge) and certain interest only periods (which is also a trademark CMBS feature) and also CMBS is willing to lend in secondary and even tertiary markets.

There was an app called CrumbTracks, but it’s not available anymore.My dream app would allow me to do the following:• add photos and flyers• copy and paste info from any website with a click or two• Keep multiple notes• Maybe have a positives and negatives section• Have a mapping tool to coordinates with google maps to create routes for open houses or drive bys (houses I want to see from the outside before scheduling a showing)• keep links to websites or files• Have a special feature to AUTOMATICALLY ALERT MY PSYCHIATRIST TO GET MY BED READY AT THE INSANE ASYLUM!

It's available to owner occupied properties as follows:Disabled Veterans' Standard Homestead Exemption For veterans with a disability between 30 - 50 percent the exemption is $2,500; for veterans with a 50 - 70 percent disability the exemption is $5,000; veterans with a service-connected disability of at least 70% are exempt from property taxes on their primary residence.I would focus also on things like wheelchair accessible features if you go down this route.

I did get my rents on time for the most part usually between the first and fifth day of the month never really the same day it seemed to be different every month again not a major concern the lease had a no late feature until the 6th day of the month.
