Hello Investors communityIn contract to buy a duplex in Lake Havasu city AZ, we have 1 of the tenant that has been there for 17 yrs, receive HUD rent assistance basically a section 8.If we send a 60 days notice ( month to month lease - should be 30 days notice ) to evict , will HUD can oppose to eviction ?

But notice the "fees" that VACASA is adding on:  A $45 "hot tub" fee, a $66.60 "booking fee", and a $49 "limited damage waiver".

From my understanding, Lis Pendens is part of the foreclosure process in a state that does judicial foreclosures, and it is akin to a Notice of Default in non-judicial states.

I think Ohio is a great area for investment if you are looking to be within a relatively short drive.In regards to month-to-month leases, you are still required to give the resident 90 days notice if they have been there for 2+ years, 60 days notice if they have been there for 1+ year and 30 days notice if they have been there for less.

In most states, that equates to a month-to-month lease and you are required to give her 30 days notice in writing.
