After the year I plan on keeping things as is, so that net cash flow can mitigate any rental expense that I myself incur (i pay 525 mo for a 1 bed apartment).Do you guys think its a good idea to get a source of passive income in the midwest (where I currently work), to offset my rental expense, and future rental expense if i ever decide to move to a more expensive area?

While it’s been nice not having to chase people down who take keys with them it’s also presented new problems.

Make the payment similar to his rent so you know he can survive and pay on time .I’d rather have the guy give some money down so he has skin in the game .

We had gotten 1 inch of snow that mostly all melted only stuck to the grass no need to shovel or salt ( so I thought) and this guy slips hard and gets injured ugh.. there’s nothing at all I could’ve done.
