They get volume pricing from contractors, probably have their sales person license which means they can save on that end and can usually get it done quicker than you because they’re supplying their crew with consistent work which will lessen their holding costs.

@Andrew Flora you just need to see who consistently posts and has good advice and examples of how it worked for them.

Mold remediators are going to sell you hard on a full abatement that may or may not be necessary, so at least get a few more quotes to see if they are consistent.
